And the strengths you possess are just as unique and special!
BUT,

Here’s a place to start:
Recall past activities that made you feel alive, engaged, energized, and joyful.
Tell stories about times when things came easily, you achieved a goal, you felt like you were in the flow, you were excited to do that thing again.
You have to tell these stories to someone that listens well and can help you see the themes or strands in the stories you tell.
You can’t see your unique strengths just like you can’t see your own face!
You need someone to help you find the themes in your story.
